When an account is written off, the balance gets sold. Built the pipeline that selects the eligible accounts, assembles the file in the format each buyer requires, and delivers it, replacing a manual export that had to be right every time.

Risk-Based Pricing Engine

Everyone had been priced the same way. Built the engine that reads a customer's risk multiple and returns the terms matching it, so a stronger applicant gets better terms and pricing stops being one number for everybody.
