Talent Agency Platform

A talent agency's whole operation on one platform: the public agency site, a searchable talent database people join themselves, paid subscriptions with renewals and cancellations, and the monthly ranking reports the business ran on. Built in 2011 and still serving in 2018.

Retail Partner Integrations

Nine national retailers and dropshippers brought onto a single fulfillment pipeline. Several offered no API at all, so tracking was parsed out of confirmation emails and turned into the same events as everyone else.

Internal Admin Platform

The dashboard the whole operation runs on: users, roles and permissions, built in AngularJS in 2016. Rebuilt in React five years later against a new service API, keeping what had earned its place and dropping what had not.

Signing a lease became a decision point rather than a formality. Four signals run at signature, and an application whose shipping address is nowhere near where it was applied for stops itself.
